Helping feed the dogs

Ro loves interacting with the dogs , so it makes sense that one of his first "jobs" in the house is helping feed them (other tasks: emptying the dishwasher, clean up toy clutter).

We ask him "Are you ready to feed the dogs?" and he races over to their designated eating spot. We scoop the kibble out and he pours it into their bowls. He often asks for "more" and looks bummed when we say they aren't getting more. The he pulls one of his little chair over, sits next to me and watches them eat. When they are done, he stacks their bowls and puts them away. What a helpful baby! :)

MrM and I documented these on separate occasions, and I have to say, he got the best shot!

Close inspection of the process

Stacking the bowls when they are both done

Reminding Pixel to eat every kibble

Putting the bowls away in their resting spot
And - the masterpiece -
Food quality assessment
We have no idea what he was trying to do. But we know that since this is Kuttu's bowl, there is no chance of any leftover kibble for Ro to eat. Beyond that, it is anybody's guess what was on his mind.

In the last picture he clearly learned from his older brothers :)
