Thankfully I haven't completely lost my dosa making skills to disuse!
I had wanted to post a brief mini blog everyday, but my hopes got dashed right on day 2 with a massive power outage that left me without Internet access. Power is back, life is good and I have, by all practical measures, done a good job of configuring my parents' wireless router to make this post possible :)

The pan you're using to make the dosas is really interesting! It sits so far away from the flame.
Yet again, I sad that we don't live next door to each other!
