Beach Trip

We spent last weekend at a beach resort 1.5 hours from home. We made side trips to the Crocodile park (all crocs were asleep - too bad) and to the ancient temples at Mahabalipuram (pics of that in another post). The six of us (parents, friends, me and Ro) shared a 2 bedroom cabin, and ate tons of good food.

Its been a great trip so far. The first week was a little stressful with a huge allergy attack (typical for me), non-functional back (result of the 27 hour trip) and general sense of unrest. Now, after a week of doing nothing, getting the eye surgery out of the way, and having mom's masseuse come home to work on my back, I am in much better spirits. And better rested, now that Ro is letting me sleep past 2:30 am!
