Macaron tasting at La Boite. Sadly, while they taste really good, their texture is wrong. The crust is just too hard for me.
Feels like it has been forever since I blogged and I have so much to say but I can't find the time to sort my thoughts and write them down. *rushes off in ADHD fashion*

What a beautiful French macaroon! I wonder if it was made poorly? A good macaroon has the thinnest of crusts, and the rest of the macaroon is moist.
