Puppy noses!

I bought a used lens online and experimented with its wide settings. Sad as I feel about this, I will have to return the lens because it has too much dust inside for its "Excellent" rating, and something inside it is moving. But I think there is a strong chance I'll cough up the extra dough to buy one new.

Meanwhile, what better use for a wide angle lens than getting nose shots of your dogs?

Here are the patient and sweet brothers, wondering if I will give them a cookie for all the sitting I made them do.




The funny thing with lenses is you want one thing, you use another thing, and you have to reconcile what you want with what is applicable to the kind of work you are doing. Annoying practicalities!
