PS: I had a ton of trouble uploading pictures and finally when it worked I had selected "small". You can click on any of them for a larger version, and I think you should!PPS: "pain" = French for bread. Which can be a pain to make. "Pain au levain" is a sourdough french bread with a multi-stage starter. And that's all I know about it :)
