Frittata with Feta Cheese

I made this recipe from Epicurious last week, and we loved it.

True to myself, I compulsively made a change to the recipe. Instead of 10 whole eggs, I used 11 egg whites and 3 whole eggs. It was supposed to be 14 egg whites, but some of the yolks cracked and insisted on joining the party :) Definitely a recipe worth repeating.
